Please join us for our GMMCC September 17th Virtual Lunch with Wally Marks to discuss the Mirabel Project at 5401 Wilshire – a new 42-story mixed-use building with up to 348 dwelling units and approximately 14,634 square feet of ground floor commercial. The Mirabel Project will set aside 38 affordable dwelling units including 29 dwelling units restricted at the Very Low Income level and 9 units restricted at the Moderate Income Level. The façade of the building currently occupied by Wilshire Beauty Supply, 5401 Wilshire Boulevard, will be rehabilitated and the remainder of the building will be reconstructed to its original volume as part of the project.
Our format will start with 15-20 minute update and then a Q&A.
(Please be concise with your questions so that we get in as many as possible.)
We will then spend the next half hour checking in with you, our members to see where your business is at, how we can help, and what habits will you keep when this is over.
There will be time to say hello and like always we will end with a virtual raffle.
