The Mission of the Greater Miracle Mile Chamber of Commerce is to promote the positive environment of the Greater Miracle Mile area, and to enhance the business success of our members through relationships, networking and mixers. We deliver value to our members through information, advocacy and service.
The Chamber provides members with a variety of tools in which to grow their business. These include the luncheon meetings on the second Thursday of each month, evening socials, a business directory, website tools, referrals, and networking.
At the meeting, new members receive a special introduction, and networking follows, giving each attendee a chance to promote their businesses. We also have keynote speakers as well as informational and educational speakers for your business.
From the rooftop of the Hotel Wilshire to the booths at Little Bar, members socialize at mixers and special events. Members enjoy special events such as a debut of the new film at the Tar Pits museum, the grand opening of The Petersen, Guided tours of LACMA, new restaurants etc.
The Chamber newsletter, Miracle Mile Mirror, is mailed monthly and is online. The publication contains member activities, business articles, calendar events, special promotions, features on members as well as updates on breaking news such as status on Metro construction.
The Membership Business Directory lists names, addresses, phone, email and web information. It is distributed to all members as well as tourist venues, residents and prospective members.
Businesses having ribbon cuttings, grand openings, anniversaries, or other activities can receive exposure through the Chamber. The Business Referral System gives referrals to Chamber businesses in response to telephone, personal and written inquiries.
